The ETCS level transition marks a point where ETCS level is being changed.

Attributes:
- transitionType: Indicates if the enclosing element describes a conditional or unconditional level transition order. The ensuing onboard behavior is described in chapter 5.10.1.4 of Subset 26. (optional;

- Possible values:
- conditionalLevelTransitionOrder: A level transition order that is received via packet 46 as defined in Subset 26 chapter 7.4.2.11.2
- levelTransitionOrder: A level transition order that is received via packet 41 as defined in Subset 26 chapter 7.4.2.9,
- transmittedBy: added transmittedBy attribute with enum value to indicate from where the ETCS level transition was received. (optional;

- id: the identifier of the object; this can be either of type xs:ID or UUID (obligatory;
