Allows specifying texts for this passenger text info in multiple languages and levels of verboseness.

Attributes:
- language: Defines that language of the enclosed text. (obligatory;
xs:language ),
- verboseness: Describes the length of the enclosed text. This is useful in order to provide text for displays in different level of detail. If a big TFT screen is used as a passenger information display longer and more detailed texts can be displayed when compared to traditional LED displays. (optional;
xs:string )
- Possible values:
- normal: Indicates default length/size of the resource
- reduced: Indicates reduced length/size of the resource
- verbose: Indicates the resource is provided in full length/size.
