Used to identify a train that is not included in the railML by its trainNumber.

Attributes:
- destination: The destination of the referenced train. (optional;
xs:string ),
- number: The train number of the referenced train. (obligatory;
xs:string ),
- organizationalUnitRef: Reference to the organizational unit of the referenced train if available (optional;
xs:IDREF )
