Attributes:
- type: Used to encode the train type. (obligatory;
xs:string ; patterns: other:w{2,}; consider Dev:UsingAny too.)
- Possible values:
- all: use value 'all' to specify that the speed profile is valid for all types of train
- freight: used to specify that the speed profile is valid for freight trains
- mixed: a mixed train includes passenger and freight waggons
- passenger: used to specify that the speed profile is valid for passenger trains,
- value: The actual value of the resistance factor given in kg per meter (obligatory;
xs:decimal )
