Introduction
<kinematicProfile> takes into account all possible lateral horizontal displacements specified for the static gauge and, additionally, occurring due to the tilting of the Rollingstock.
According to ISO/DIS 9324 Railway applications – General guidelines for rolling stock gauges in international railway service, kinematic gauge of railway rolling stock - the gauge for which a method of сalculation of construction dimensions of the designed railway rolling stock is specified with regard to all possible lateral horizontal displacements of this part of railway rolling stock specified for the static gauge and, additionally, occurring due to the tilting of the body on its springs under the effect of the centrifugal force and the horizontal component of the gravity force in superelevated curves[1].
For the example at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lichtraumprofil.svg <kinematicProfile>/@widths and <kinematicProfile>/@heights shall have values 5000 and 5200 correspondingly. 5000 = 2500 x 2 .
