Attributes:
- kindOfTransition: This attribute is not documented in the schema! (optional;
xs:string)
- Possible values:
- accepting: RBC at the RBC/RBC border, in which area the ETCS equipped train is entering
- entry: RBC at the border to not ETCS L2 equipped area, when the train is entering the level 2 area
- exit: RBC at the border to not ETCS L2 equipped area, when the train is leaving the level 2 area
- handover: RBC at the RBC/RBC border, from which area the ETCS equipped train is leaving,
- ref: reference is required because it's the purpose of the element (obligatory;
xs:IDREF)
