Attributes:
- lampNumbers: A list of lamp numbers separated by spaces. This is expected to refer to the same numbers specified at //signalIL/hasLamp/@number or //signalIndicator/hasLamp/ @number (obligatory;
LampNumberList),
- ref: Reference to the signal aspect that is evaluated by the enclosing LEU (obligatory;
xs:IDREF)
