Description	Referral to the physical track that connects from lower left side to the crossing. This reference may be provided as reference to a <trackIL> or to a <netElement>. It is however encouraged to use references to <netElement> here, as it is the more general solution and is forseen to be the only remaining allowed type of reference from 3.4 onward.
