Attributes:
- distance: Distance in metres from exit signal to danger point. Optional because one may also derive this distance from the track asset where the danger point is situated. (optional;
xs:decimal),
- releaseSpeed: Release speed in km/h associated with the danger point. (optional;
xs:decimal),
- elementNumber: element number of the object for internal referencing in the engineering data (optional;
xs:nonNegativeInteger),
- id: unique identifier (obligatory;
